You can activate the relevant emote by typing /zaishen [#] or /zrank [#]; by default, typing the command without the number activates the highest emote available to you. If you have not earned a Zaishen Rank, the emote will be identical to /cheer, but will still have the 30 second timeout. /cheer is not affected by this timeout.

Emotes are always nice to enhance the social experience of the game, not to mention it also enhances the experience of Role Players greatly. However, while new emotes were added they did not fix a huge bug that emotes have had for over a year now, if not for two years. There is also a lot of emotes rewarded through quests and they can really personalize your character. FFXIV also show message in chat when a player use an emote (can be turned off) In gw2 people don't really know what kind of emotes they can do and they dont have the same popularity as ffxiv emotes.
