Hunter's Ward - your arrows form into a barrier and deal damage. 2. Ranger- Druid. This Sylvari is about to deal out some heals and pain at the same time As the name suggests, this class is all about keeping your distance. It can use a longbow to deal damage at a distance, while with certain pets can be the tank.

I am mostly a solo player, personally, the most "fun class" is any character that has combat pets, or is able to summon minions, good company while travelling and I can use them to distract my foes. #3.
That said, finding something you DO enjoy is the right thing to do. There are not many ranged DPS classes in GW2, and at level 30, Warrior and Ranger are pretty good. Engi is a mess until elite specs. Try Mesmer. Equip greatsword. Stat for power (minor precision ferocity). When you get three purple dots, press f1.
Deadly arts with: Dagger training, Revealed training and Executioner (which adds damage when the target is below 50% hp, and makes for a funny quirk with the next line). Dagger training speaks for it self and revealed training is great because the Malificent attacks from DE grant revealed, which enables the trait far more often. Scourge is a pretty terrible "support" - healscourge and/or heal-hybrid scourge brings condi-cleanse, a little barrier, and the ability to easily rez lots of dead people while personally being very sturdy. They also bring mid-tier single-target DPS (which goes down quite a bit if you spec into heal), and very strong cleave (AOE). . 57 465 259 276 433 471 179 305
